DINITOLMIDE
Character: yellowy or fawn- colored powder;
odorless and bitter. Soluble
soluble in ethanol, hardly soluble in chloroform or ether,
not soluble in water.
Pharmacology:
(1) Drug Effect: As a kind of chemical compound: the product
has been widely used clinically at the trade of veterinary
in our country. Dinitolmide is a kind of preventative
remedial anti - coccidio-
sis
drug.
Dinitolmide has an effect on the first generation agamont
mainly as well as able to kill and rest-rain formation of
spores of oocyst.
(2) Drug Effect on Animals: The product metabolizes quickly
inside animal bodies after being
orally taken and absorbed. Stop using for 24 hours,
rudimental content of dinitolmide inside chic-ken is lower
than 0. lmg / kg.
Purpose: The product has a good preventative and
remedial effect oil chicken Eimeria necatrix, Eimeria
tenella, Eimeria brunetti and Eimeria maxima, especially on
Eimeria necatrix which has a strong pathogenicity on small
intestines. However, it does not have a good effect on
Eimeria ace-
rvulina.
The product also has a good preventative and remedial effect
on coccidiosis in small intestines
of turkey. It may be used continuously up to turkey' 16
weeks of life.
If rabbit takes the drug two times a day for five days
continuously as per 50mg of dosage for
ev-
ery 1000g weight, the drug is able to prevent and remedy coccidiosis.
The product does not influence body's immunity to coccidiosis.
Note: (1) Stop using the product for 5- 6 days, coccidiosis often
breaks out again. Therefore,b-
roilers must use it continuously.
(2) Forbidden to use for layers. Stop using it 3 days for
chicken before slaughter.
Usage & Dosage:
Dinitolmide premix: 125g of dinitolmide to 1000kg of
feedstuff for broilers.
